Be Free From Mind

To fully appreciate the beauty of our surroundings, one must rise above the constraints of time and thought. This liberation enables individuals to participate in activities freely, without limitations. Regular meditation liberates the mind from unconscious patterns, allowing for heightened awareness of the world. It also unlocks the gateway to hidden truths and the wellspring of wisdom.

A young boy with autism once expressed to a man upon their first encounter, “We who meditate alone know we are immortals.” Also, a revered master, who walked upon this earthly plane, casually uttered that in a crowd of a thousand people, a meditator would unmistakably stand out and shine.

The regular meditators resemble ordinary people, yet their focus turns inward, merging with the heart. They perceive the world holistically and respond purposefully. Their inner stance aligns seamlessly with both the manifested and unmanifested realities of life.

The Spiritual Heart

Within every human resides a heart—a vital organ positioned on the left side of the chest, this physical heart orchestrates life within the body. Similar to a set of Russian nesting dolls, our physical form intricately weaves together with our spiritual essence. In a higher reality, each individual possesses a spiritual heart, nestled in the mid-chest region. This spiritual heart is different from the physical heart. During the realisation of Self, a golden light emanates from this heart, akin to a cave opening, releasing a blissful force. The heart’s duration of openness varies, contingent upon the awakening’s intensity.

Following a significant impact, mostly people allow their individuality to solidify. This choice often stems from an inability to cope with the pure inner ambiance, leading them to engage in worldly activities out of boredom and revert to their old ways of life. However, others appreciate the grace they’ve received and consciously decide not to return to their former existence.  Despite their ordinary appearance, the individuals undergo a profound shift in consciousness—a journey from the chattering mind to the blissful heart. While their feet tread upon the earth, their heart remain perpetually in the realm of heaven.

This Never Changes

Our absolute state of existence remains constant.

From this state, we witness both impure consciousness (individual consciousness) and pure consciousness (god state). The purpose of meditation is to attain this state of absolute awareness where meditation becomes unnecessary. In an instant, one comprehends the essence of all sacred texts. The entire universe reveals its grandeur, and one encounters permanent emptiness—a realm devoid of things or content, pulsating with ethereal aliveness.

The absolute state remains ineffable and beyond comprehension. It can only be experienced, defying verbal expression. In this state, one naturally falls silent, as there is no one else to converse with.

You exist alone as the entirety of majestic existence.

Illusory Outer Self

In everyday life, the term ‘ego’ often conveys an image of an arrogant, self-centered personality. However, in the spiritual realm, it holds a different meaning. According to my guru, the ego represents an attitude of the soul, which I perceive as non-existent. Its presence becomes evident when we operate at lower levels of consciousness, but it has no place in pure consciousness or the absolute state of existence.

While the soul remains untouched by birth or death, the ego—the shadow of the soul—cycles through existence. In both infants and sages, the ego remains unaffected by the flow of information from the outer and inner worlds, operating in a pre-thought state.

Between the ages of 9 and 12, our ability to record impressions solidifies, giving rise to our personality—an artificial self shaped by parental influence, friendships, books, school, society, and national identity. Beyond this constructed self, the true being observes dispassionately as life unfolds, progressing through various phases: recognizing others, mastering physical movement, engaging with the world, forming relationships, pursuing education, career, family, and eventually retirement.

Life Without Worries

'Now' is a term that represents totally a different meaning in spirituality than what we usually think of. It's not about past, present, or future. It's about being aware of the space around us. It's where things can happen or not happen. Some people say we should be mindful to be more aware, and pay attention to the little things or what we do. That's one way for the soul to be released temporarily from the trapped consciousness. This temporary solution gives us a satisfying feeling. But very soon we get stuck in our heads since the mind keep telling stories about everything it finds. Reversing this mechanism offers a permanent solution.

Don't focus on what you do or see, but on where you do or see it. At first, you may not understand the vastness of this space and you may get distracted by your thoughts. But slowly, you will overcome this and only notice how things come and go. With constant practice, you will realize that everything you experience is just temporary and that there is a deeper reality behind it, where you are the witness. At some point, this practice will become effortless and natural, and you will see things as they are. This sadhana can be called as natural seeing.

In this natural state of observation, one cannot find any trouble or difficulty. You see yourself and everything and the whole world as healthy and perfectly fine. Even if you look for problems in life, you will not find any.

Alone As Everything

Terms like ‘holiness,’ ‘God,’ ‘being,’ and ‘soul’ lack meaning until one directly experiences the divine. When the mind ceases its activity, a sense of freshness envelops our being. Fear dissipates, time seems to halt, and worries vanish. In this state, there exists profound quietness—even the mental voice falls silent.

When the mind ceases its incessant activity, a remarkable transformation occurs. Suddenly, everything appears harmonious—the body itself feels oddly pleasant. The world takes on the quality of a muted video playing before our eyes. A newfound awareness emerges, connecting us to everyone and everything. In this state, preferences like or dislikes fade away. Time loses its grip; there is no day or night.

In this state of no mind, waiting loses its significance and remembering becomes burdensome, you experience a profound freedom—a human form infused with emptiness.

Everything becomes picture-perfect, a blazing clarity emerges, accompanied by profound quietude. In this serene ambiance, there are no problems to grapple with. Everything appears healthy and well-tended. There’s no need for prayers or acquiring anything. One simply feels contented.

Reorient the Being

Heightened awareness differs from our usual state of consciousness. Currently, humans operate with limited awareness. The pure state of awareness often gets overshadowed by impure consciousness. False perceptions based on our mind’s interpretations override objective reality. In simpler terms, our mind hypnotizes our soul through life experiences from childhood.

Our mind constructs an illusion of life—a personal story within a world. This narrative involves comparisons with others, evaluations of life situations, and attempts to find meaning. Sometimes, it even leads to extreme thoughts of ending life. The mind is constantly racing to add or remove value from our existence.

To achieve heightened awareness, we must ignore impulsive thoughts and emotions. Instead, focus solely on the experiencer—the pure awareness—without engaging in mental analysis or comprehension. Embrace the unknownthe pure awareness—and simply be alive. This practice dissolves impure consciousness and fully activates our innate awareness.

Over time, it establishes a connection with the divine—the state of God.

Fountain of Joy

Just like hidden treasures waiting to be discovered, our untapped potential lies dormant. It’s the uncharted territory of our abilities, innate goodness and great resilience. We live unaware of this vast reservoir of possibilities. The opportunity to know about this inner treasure isn’t zero; it is subtle. It requires introspection, re-orientation and self-awareness.

Amidst nature’s beauty; when enjoying the magnificence of a beautiful art; while engaged during an act of kindness; when lost in the silent moments of meditation there dawns a clarity, insight, sense of peace, a brighter hope and a wise understanding about the true nature of our self.

It frees the life’s journey from tangible known environment into intangible vast space consciousness with the sense of wonder and humility. It’s the sacred space of tranquility where the unbroken peace abides. The abode of God awaits our recognition and embrace.

Recognition of Spirit

When something valuable is lost, we actively search for it and eventually find it. However, when something valuable lies hidden within us, we remain unaware of it during our human existence. The opportunity to discover this hidden aspect arises when we encounter another person in whom it becomes vividly visible. The human form serves as an ideal vessel for higher intelligence to express itself, often through silence. Awakened individuals emit energy through sight, touch, words, and even their mere presence. Objects and places touched by this vibration carry intelligence opening portals to various sources of knowledge — provided the recipient is open, willing to listen, accept, observe, evolve, and shine.

Much like a candle igniting another, this light replaces darkness whoever it meets. When illumined by grace, one must shine silently. The mind, akin to the wind occasionally regains strength and tests our earnestness to remain rooted in this discovery. Those who uncover the truth are empty of identities, yet they move in the world like any other human being—walking on earth, enjoying a decent living, and unburdened by fear, anxiety, jealousy, desire, anger, shame, or pride.
